			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Arse. Arse, arsing arse. Yesterday I managed to injure my back (by having a shower too quickly, seriously), but I still went and did some recumbant bike work. Today, my back was worse, so I went to my Chiropractor (Gemma Bailey, she&#8217;s great, go to her at <a href="http://www.fitzwilliamhealth.ie" target="_blank">FitzWilliam Health</a> and fix your dodgy backs. Anyway, I basically had bunced up a load of muscles in my back and around my shoulder yesterday, so I had to go on an alternating regime of Ice and Heat to try and loosen everythiing back up. I was under strict instructions not to go to the gym today, and if I go tomorrow to take it easy.</p>
<p>I guess this is probably the first of what I am assuming will end up being many injuries. It&#8217;s always frustrating to get a small injury that keeps you off training for a few days, as you loose momentum really quickly. Anyway, when it happens it happens, hopefully it will fix itself and be fine in the next few days!</p>
