Marathon Training – Day 129

So, despite the slagging I got off Orla yesterday, today was such a nice day and the sun was shining so brightly that I decided to incorporate another walk into my exercise plans. I still think it’s a good thing to do (walking is one of the best forms of exercise right??) and a good way to get my leg back in the game without causing more problems. Didn’t do as much as I did yesterday, but still 4.5 miles. Come on, give me some damn props

Anyway, when I got back from Marlay Park (after walking 4.5 miles remember) I did 20 minutes on the cross trainer and my 8 Minutes Abs thing, and that was it for Day 129. Then, naturally, I went about undoing all my hard work by eating 8 Jaffa Cakes and a big Centra Bag of Bacon Fries….Nice Job, dumbass
