Hi, I’m Ryan Phillips, DJ on Spin1038 in Dublin Ireland. But I probably contacted most of the people reading this myself, so you guys already know that right? The main purpose of the blog is as a motivational tool to help me train for the Dublin City Marathon 2010, which I intend to run for charity next year. Marathon Training – Day 134

Ok, if I thought yesterday was a bad day (and I did) then today was infinitely worse. I know this, becuase at 3.45 this afternoon I was sitting on the couch with an Ice pack on my elevated leg eating strawberry ice cream straight from the top. FYI, there’s a gorgeous strawberry icecream which you can get cheaply in Lidl and it tastes like heaven on a spoon. Go buy it, you wont be disappointed…. I’m a huge fan of productivity tools, and think using technology to help increase your productivity and what you can do with the limited time available to you is a good idea and something to be looked at.
